For company clients we work on a retainer or contingency basis.
Our Fee is generally 25% of the annually salary and we offer a 90-day guarantee.
Candidates we only charge if you are seeking career counseling or help writing resume. Fees will be based on how much time is needed.

Bill Poindexter is the primary recruiter. We partner with other recruiters from various industries.
Poindexter Recruiting was started in December of ‘95, under the name of Career Services.
In 2004 Bill went solo and started Poindexter Recruiting, Inc
and has owned the boutique firm ever since. He did work for a larger firm for 7 months,
SRG but have been mostly on own.
